As a former Chief Executive Officer, active investor, and advisor in the mid-market, Rick helps build and fund companies with significant growth trajectories. Previously, Rick won the regional competition for Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year, and companies under his leadership have been recognized for growth by Inc. 500, Deloitte Fast 50, CRN Solution Provider 500, and other national analysts.
While Rick has been successful as CEO driving organic growth, he has earned the respect of the Private Equity community by successfully completing more than a dozen acquisitions and leading exits for his team of investors on four separate sales. He has been active on multiple Boards of Directors, as well as Advisory Boards, for both national and global enterprises.

CEO of Fastech, a vertically-focused, mobile CRM provider. In 1999, Hirsh engineered the sale of Fastech to a NYSE-listed IT services firm where he was appointed Senior Vice President, responsible for 800 employees and $120 million in revenues.
