Rick founded Reclinata Group in 2013, and brings executive management experience, primarily in knowledge-driven and technology-enabled services companies. As a former Chief Executive Officer, active investor, and advisor in the mid-market, Rick helps build and fund companies with significant growth trajectories. Previously, Rick won the regional competition for Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year, and companies under his leadership have been recognized for growth by Inc. 500, Deloitte Fast 50, CRN Solution Provider 500, and other national analysts. 

While Rick has been successful as CEO driving organic growth, he has earned the respect of the Private Equity community by successfully completing more than a dozen acquisitions and leading exits for his team of investors on four separate sales. He has been active on multiple Boards of Directors, as well as Advisory Boards, for both national and global enterprises.

  • Founder and CEO of Transcend United, a market leader in Unified Communications and Managed Services. After growing the company from $1M revenues in 2009 to over $45M, Rick sold Transcend to AGC Networks in 2013.

  • CEO of Fastech, a vertically focused, mobile CRM provider. In 1999, Hirsh engineered the sale of Fastech to a NYSE-listed IT services firm and joined the C-level team managing a $400M revenue business.
